Picked up the van and got it home (35 minutes) to realize the air conditioning in the back didn’t work. Contacted the owner who told us we could return it. I called turo they say we can return it for a refund. I drop the van back off. Call turo again and they end the trip and then state they will not fully refund and will be charging $130 for the day. We never used this van. We spent half a tank of gas and over two hours picking up and returning the van to then be charged for a non working vehicle on top of scrambling to find a car to drive for vacation tomorrow. This has been the most stressful experience and I will never use turo again.
