The car itself was fine — nothing special, but it ran okay. However, there were two significant problems that anyone considering this rental should know about.
Safety issue: The seatbelt buckles in the last row were broken and non-functional, which meant we couldn’t safely secure our two car seats/booster seats back there. For a vehicle being rented out to families, this is a real safety concern that should have been disclosed or fixed before the trip.
Host dispute: After the trip, the host attempted to charge me $998 for alleged damage, using photos that didn’t hold up to scrutiny. When I disputed it with clear evidence, he continued to insist I was responsible rather than engaging honestly with what the photos actually showed. It only got resolved after I pushed back firmly and provided documentation. This kind of experience makes it hard to trust renting from this host again.
If you rent from these guys, take 100 photos.

Wow what a jerk review. This is the 1st report we have had about the seatbelts. We checked the seatbelts & they are working fine. Probably user error. We will double check again after the next trip. Life safety is a priority for us. The damage was from a previous customer and we didnt catch it till this trip. That is our mistake & that is why we trusted your input & researched it & proved you did not damage the vehicle. We respectfully communicated throughout this process. Honesty.
Our family had a great time traveling together in the sprinter van. It had plenty of room for 8 adults and luggage for the week. Reservations, pick up, and drop off was all super easy, and our host Mathew was always quick to respond. Greate way to travel!
