The van is basically brand new, it had less than 1500 miles on it when I picked it up in front of the owner's house. The trip almost didnt happen, however, because the owner said he wasn't getting notifications from Turo about the trip. So when I knocked on the owner's door to ask where the key was he basically said that he needed to research it more and he'd call me in an hour and let me know if I can come back to pick up the van. Luckily that's exactly what happened. Owner called me and I returned to pickup the van and it was a great experience after a shaky start. The owner did say he switched some things up on his side to help prevent that initial mixup from happening again in the future.
