Retrieving the vehicle was a nightmare airport employees were unable to direct us to the correct place information was in from for them to be able to find where the vehicle is parked then to talk to picking up the vehicle within an hour and 45 minutes drive to Fort Benning base where once we pick up my son who was not able to drive further than 50 miles from the base unfortunately the van would jerk out of nowhere with that vehicle going uphill, pushing on the brakes and it was better, but it was struggling to catch up.

The renter was challenging to work with and had trouble following directions. Her husband was very happy with the rental. Our reviews reflect the safety, convenience and top-level communication of our team. Despite concerns about the brakes, they drove the van over 350 miles. The van has brand-new brakes that are functioning properly and is safe, well maintained, and regularly inspected. We promptly offered to inspect the vehicle in person or exchange it for another van, but the renter declined.

This trip was made special by us all being to able to ride together 8-10 adults comfortably..the car was clean and great on gas..i expected a $100 fill up at least and it was only $73..thanks for the rental
