The rental experience was average overall, but there were enough concerns during the trip that I would not rent to this guest again. While the vehicle was returned, the experience did not meet the level of care and communication I expect from my guests.
I appreciate the opportunity to host them, but based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable accepting another reservation from this guest in the future.
Van was great. Kids loved the Captain Seats! AC blew cold! Overall, would highly recommend!!!!

Mr. Cummings was very kind and professional. We were disappointed about the Parking Spot location. It made drop off very difficult. We expressed our frustration and Mr. Cummings went above and beyond to make it right for us.
