We got there safely and returned safely. The van does seem like it needs the tires checked. It did start leaking water above the passenger seat, from the air vents. Other than that there were no other issues.

Thank you for booking with us. Prior to every trip the van is checked thoroughly. After every couple of trips I obtain a point inspection. The tires included. Inspections are up to date and safety is our top priority. All in all we hope you enjoyed your trip.
The car was clean and the host was very responsive. She let us know that the break light was on in the van, but communicated that she had a mechanic to check it out and it was safe for our ride. It was the day before we were headed out so we trusted that all was well.

Van was nice and clean! Tiffany was great with communication! She left a travel gift with water, mints, and disinfectant wipes for the entire family. We would definitely rent from her again for another trip, and highly recommend her.
