Van was not as pictured. Owner would not offer refund. Have cameras inside that were not disclosed before booking. Horrible experience didn’t even use van

As explained in previous communications, our vehicles are used primarily for our transportation businesses, and we rent out the van during our off-season. The camera is disclosed under 'Guest Instructions' in the 'Car Guide', which is emailed to you upon booking and available in the app. You had ample time to read these instructions, inspect the trip photos uploaded hours before your pick-up time, and cancel your booking in time to receive a refund per Turo's policies.
