The driver seat was not able to be moved back so for someone who is tall it made it more difficult to drive. The air in the back also did not function great, it never cooled off the back seats majority of the time. The passenger rear door was extremely hard to close, we had a group of women that had a hard time slamming it shut as hard as it needed to be to be fully closed. This van worked for a short couple of rides we used it for but would have been frustrating during a longer trip.

The pick up location was changed 20 minutes before my scheduled pick up time. And it was at a more inconvenient spot and also at a private residence, which made me uncomfortable. The air-conditioning only worked about half of the time. It was incredibly hot and the host was not willing to give a discount of any sort.
