The host was communicative before my trip, which I appreciated. Pickup was a little stressful because my ID had not been approved even though I submitted it when he asked and I did not receive the code until after my scheduled pickup time.
The van worked well for a large group, and the host was helpful until we had an issue with a nail in the tire. He told me he would arrange for someone to fix it outside of Turo roadside assistance, but after the trip I was still charged for roadside assistance. When I tried to follow up, communication with the host became less responsive and more dismissive.
The tire also did not seem to be fixed properly since the tire pressure light came back on later that day. Because of that, I returned the van the night before my scheduled return. I was disappointed that the issue was not handled as promised.
