The van was perfect for our basketball team! Easy pick up and drop off. We would definitely use them again!

The Ford Transit ran good. It fit our family of 10 plus luggage as expected. The process, went pretty well with pick up and drop off Except a delay on the lockbox code during pickup and after dropping off and going through the check out steps, we waited about 20 minutes for a shuttle to come into the Diamond parking lot to pick us up to go back to the airport. I finally messaged Caribou about the delay and they said they would message a driver to come pick us up. There was just 1 shuttle driver going back & forth to this remote lot, so he was making a lot of trips back and forth. I had been, under the impression that there were shuttles, Sitting on the lot at all times available for customers who needed to get back to the airport after they brought their rentals back. So the Return instructions are not clear. It's just lucky that our plane was delayed and we weren't rushed after finally getting a ride back.

The van worked well for our needs, transporting 6 people and 10 suitcases. Unfortunately, when we picked it up, the rear seating area smelled of vomit. When we contacted the host, we were told to buy an air freshener and we would be reimbursed. That only temporarily hides the odor, it doesn't do anything to resolve the problem. We ended up buying lysol spray to regularly disinfect and air out the van daily in order to make it tolerable to travel in. Any time the van heated up while parked in the sun, the odor returned. The host said they would deep clean the van when we returned it. If you are planning on renting it, confirm that it has been thoroughly cleaned inside.
