Danny was an awesome turo host! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, very attentive to our needs and the van was very clean and had a charger and magnetic phone holder. Thanks again Danny!

We had a really good experience, although the van did give us trouble, their team was ready to go, responded immediately, and replaced the van although we were almost 3 hours away. Their first response was to ask if everyone was okay which was thoughtful. We really appreciate them going above and beyond.

What a scam on the tail end! I filled the vehicle with gas right before my return and then was charged for gas!

We're sorry for any confusion regarding the refueling charge.
The vehicle was returned with approximately 3/4 of a tank, rather than full. As required by Turo, we documented the vehicle's mileage and fuel gauge with time-stamped photos at check-in, then refueled the vehicle and kept the fuel receipt.
Turo requires this documentation before a host can submit a refueling reimbursement request. Without these photos and the fuel receipt, we would not be able to charge a guest for fuel. The reimbur
