Excellent experience overall. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was clean, comfortable, and performed great throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free.
My only feedback is for Mercedes-Benz regarding the vehicle design. The driver’s side visibility could be improved, as the divider/pillar near the driver’s side window creates an obstruction and makes it harder to see properly through the driver’s side mirror in certain situations.
Other than that, it was a great vehicle and I would rent from this host again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
