Van rental at Calgary International Airport (YYC)

I had an excellent experience renting a van from Daniel. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding—he was always quick to respond, helpful, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The van was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family trip. What really made a huge difference were all the thoughtful extras that came with it. Having those added conveniences was a complete game changer and made our journey so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent car rental experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The pickup location was convenient and easy to find, which made the start of our trip very smooth. Our host Daniel was also responsive and very accommodating. Communication was clear and everything went exactly as expected. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again. I highly recommended this for those Filipinos who needs car rental in Calgary!

This was my very first experience with Turo and I could not have asked for better hosts in Darren and co-host Linda, the latter who I met upon the vehicle's return. The van was excellent in terms of quality, condition, cleanliness and functionality for our purpose. But the most satisfying part of my Turo experience was in dealing with the hosts. They were fully 5 star in every way: always responsive, polite, professional and accommodating. And Darren pays attention to the small details that I noticed. Things like a $10.00 rebate on airport parking was something unexpected as was the small gift Darren left in side the van. Turo's entire interface is well laid out, easy to use/follow and pick-up and drop off instructions for the van could not have been easier. The hosts were very accommodating in allowing a drop-off location that worked best for me. I will definitely go the Turo route again next time largely based on the quality of the hosts I dealt with this time. Big thanks and much appreciation to Darren and Linda for your kindness, co-operation and such effective and efficient communications. You should be the gold standard for Turo!

Daniel is an excellent communicator and made my first time booking through Turo such a breeze! Very comfortable for 9 ladies on a girls hiking trip and all of our luggage which I was worried about, but didn’t need to be. Plenty of space and easy to drive! Thanks again for being so easy going and letting us rent the bear spray too!

This car was perfect for our family trip and really enhanced the quality of our trip (everyone and all our luggage fit comfortably into the space). Daniel was also super helpful and patient. We were a bit anxious that we had not driven anything like it but he gave a full tour of the vehicle when he dropped it off in addition to answering all of our questions in a timely manner.
