We rented the van on June 10 ,2026 at around 1030 a.m and pick it up at Edmonton Airport. Did not have to wait as they were already there when we arrive. Van was clean and comfy and condition of the van was excellent. It was smooth sailing as we drove to the rockies and back. When we had issues with our return time ,due to rescheduling of our flight, they were able to respond right away and agreed that we would return the van at 4:00 a.m. on June 14 from previously scheduled at 10:00a.m. They were on time as well from pick up to return. Very professional .It was worth the price. We would rent it again when we go back to Alberta. It made our trip worthwhile as we were able to traverse different road conditions smoothly. Thank you for being part of our journey.
Ken was great. Had the van ready as soon as we left the airport. Van is very clean and runs great. Highly recommend using Ken!
