Car issues had some issues with car, leaving it at Firestone to have it fixed
Erica , we apologize that you did you have to go through this unfortunate situation, although Vehicles sometimes do arise with unforseen circumstances that we can not control , however we do work fast in getting you situated and transferred through Turo platform as fast and easy as possible. Thank you for renting with us and hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation . We are glad that the issue was resolved the very same day without other issues.
