Overall experience was great- only drawback was. We had a few incenses where we needed the windshield, and the windshield wiper was not installed. Somewhat of a driving hazard but the owner were laid the information correctly
Alfredo, I called u and explained that a previous guest had just vandalized the truck earlier in the day n the wiper blade was stolen which is a 3ft wiper blade I have to special order and u chuckled and stated it was ok and not an issue. only to now publicly complain as if you were blindsided? hmm ok, thanks for ur feedback brother, you'll be hoop to know Tesla installed a new one when u returned 2 days later.

Great Cybertruck, but the pickup and drop-off experience was disappointing. The pickup instructions mentioned a key box on the window, and I also requested Tesla app access because I'm a Tesla owner, which would have made the process much easier. I arrived at the vehicle around 11 p.m. with my 3-year-old son, only to find no key box on the window and no Tesla app invite. The pickup location is in a dark, yard-like lot that resembles a mechanic's yard with vehicles crammed in. It took 45 minutes to resolve the issue late at night, even though I had informed the host of my concerns well before pickup. During drop-off, I tried to park the Cybertruck in the crowded lot. The host was present and gave me a hard time because I didn't follow the drop-off instructions, but he never sent them—he only sends instructions an hour before. To avoid issues with airline delays, I always schedule my rentals for an additional 6-12 hours. The host expected me to reverse into the tight lot to park the Cybertruck, but I told him I didn't feel comfortable reversing all the way in and squeezing into a narrow spot, and I asked him to assume that risk since it's not my vehicle and the lot is so congested. He was rude and made a big deal out of it. I wasted time explaining to him that if it's so easy to do, he could do it himself. When he finally agreed, I watched him struggle to reverse into the lot as I waited for my Uber to arrive.
I strongly recommend that the host move his operation to a more suitable location. I'm used to picking up Turo's in a proper parking lot or doing a professional handoff.
I will not use this host in the future.

Great ride. Host is responsive. FSD is great. I used it 90% of the trip. I returned with 40% battery. When i picked it up it was only 20% though even though host said to return atleast 30% i guess the prior renter didnt follow, but over alll im satisfied and will rent again in future if im in SD again. Thank you.
