The host was good about getting back to me quickly when I had issues. The problem is I had a hard time getting into the car and this app was not easy to navigate if you're early. There's no prompt,. Not sure if I'd go through Turo again.

This experience was my best yet! From the time I booked until I dropped it back off. No counters or attitudes to deal with. Even very helpful when I was a little technology challenged. The vehicle was clean, sound, and exactly where it was supposed to be. I would definitely use this service again, and hope to visit again soon!
