This is the most disappointing Turo I’ve rented to date. First off, getting to the vehicle is a bit of a thing and their parking location is a bit sketchy with lots of trash and broken down cars. The truck I rented smelled pretty strong from a smoker and had cigarette burns on the seat. There was trash in the back, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our use. When I reached out to the host she basically said, “sorry, sometimes people smoke in our vehicles.” The truck did run well and the smoke smell seemed to fade after a couple of days, so I’ll give three stars
