I had a great overall experience using Turo. Communication was solid, and the response time was quick whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated.
The only issue I ran into was with the return timing. I wasn’t able to return the vehicle as planned due to my work schedule, and I didn’t have enough time to extend the booking before the return window. I’ll be returning the vehicle as soon as I get off work.
Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely like to continue using Turo in the future.
