Pick up was too complicated with all the instruction’s.
Would of been easier just to walk up to the rooftop and pick up the car Va getting the airport traffic having to wait for the shuttle and if you missed it wait 15 minutes for another one.

We will not rent this guest again as their trip of survey is completely erroneous. Vehicle was washing detail before they picked up the vehicle which we have pre-trip photos for proof. Furthermore, we provide all detailed pick up instructions during the guests booking and during pick up. Typically, guests who do not want to read and follow instructions will respond in this matter. Going to any onsite or offsite Sky Harbor parking location is going to require guests follow any host instructions.
