Everything with the truck great! Truck was in perfect condition, ran smoothly and was clean. Snap back bed cover was an added bonus keeping camping gear dry even while driving in the rain. Communication and instructions were easy to follow. Pick-up/Drop off location was easy to find with plenty of street parking. Will rent from Chris again.
Truck rental was super easy, it was very clean inside and was very comfortable to drive. Definitely will be renting from you guys again thank you.
The truck was fantastic; clean, drives well, like new. Sercan was responsive and courteous. I will rent from Sercan again!

Excellent experience! The truck was awesome, clean, and charged. David is a great Turo host. Very communicative, the car was parked at the airport ready for my trip, and he guided me to returning it perfectly. Would absolutely use again.

Worked well! Particularly good communication. The locked truck bed topper was nice for travel.

Host was wonderful to work with, very accommodating when we had to change plans. Car was great, super clean, ran well, very nice! We will definitely rent from them again!

Truck was great! Super reliable. Excellent choice. Pick up and drop off super easy. No stress.
The truck is easy to access, clean and with good condition. Very recommended for a pleasure trip.

Great truck! Chris has really detailed it out nicely with little extras like plugs, seat covers, bungees in the back. Everything was in perfect condition and communication from Chris was clear and easy to follow.

Truck is beautiful! Perfect for what we needed. Very well maintained. Great communication!

Easy pick up, clean car, great communication, everything needed for a great rental experience, highly recommend.
James was a fantastic host and was incredible helpful, flexible, and friendly. The Cyber Truck was the perfect vehicle for a family of 5 (with lots of luggage) to visit the National Parks with. FSD was particularly helpful navigating unfamiliar cities and allowed us to better enjoy the scenery. Would absolutely book again! Thank you!

As EV Charging station repair technician, this is a quick and reliable way to rent a vehicle for testing purposes this host was very quick to respond and take great care of his vehicle

Turo can be a gamble but this experience was such a pleasant surprise! The truck was perfect for my in-town move, easy to drive (even for this gal who is used to a Honda Fit😂), and very clean. We unfortunately got a flat at one point but outside of waiting for roadside assistance, it was really no inconvenience overall. The spare tire is a regular tire so we were able to proceed as planned. Chris was such a friendly host! Very communicative, kind, and understanding. He came out to help us when we picked up the truck to show us how to fold up the bed cover. Highly recommend renting this truck!
I didn't have to message the owner once. That is because the truck had no issues in the drive and he communicated clearly the information needed upfront for a stress free trip.

Easy, clear instructions for pickup and drop off. We took it to Bend and explored for a long weekend, and it was perfect for it! If we need a rental car ever again, we would return here!

The car was Amazon the host was better, His communication was amazing and the car was exactly how I wanted it and expected it

No, you don't need personal insurance coverage to rent a car on Turo. In the US, any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host's vehicle would kick in before your Turo protection plan. When booking a car in the US, you'll choose between three protection plans — Premier (eligibility requirements apply), Standard, or Minimum — to get the level of protection that's right for you. On each trip, you're covered with third-party automobile liability insurance provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company.* In New York state, you'll also choose between Premier (if available), Standard, or Minimum. With each plan, you're covered with liability insurance of $1,250,000.* Protection plans for New York trips also include access to roadside assistance, priority phone support, and 24/7 customer assistance.
Oregon requires all renters to carry a valid driver's license and follow right-turn-on-red laws unless posted otherwise. Your rental car will need to navigate Portland's numerous bridges, so familiarize yourself with bridge heights and weight restrictions before departure. Gas stations are plentiful throughout the Portland area, making fuel stops convenient during your car rental period.
You can get discounts and low cost car rental on Turo. On your Account page, make sure you've checked the box to receive email notifications, and enable push notifications from the Turo app in your phone settings — we'll send you occasional promo codes, discounts, and deals. Renting a car at Portland International Airport provides the cargo space and towing capacity needed for outdoor adventures in Oregon's diverse landscape. A rental car offers superior ground clearance for exploring forest service roads leading to hiking trails, camping sites, and fishing spots throughout the Pacific Northwest. The car's storage space accommodates camping gear, sports equipment, and supplies that won't fit in a standard compact vehicle.
Turo accepts valid licenses (not expired, suspended, or revoked) that allow for full driving privileges; this includes driver's licenses issued outside of the US. Licenses that Turo doesn't accept in the US include any that have expired, have been altered, are conditional, probational, provisional, or restricted. Learner's permits/instruction permits are not accepted.
Currently, no toll roads operate near Portland International Airport, making car rental cost-effective for exploring the region. Oregon maintains its highway system through fuel taxes rather than tolls, so your rental car can access most destinations without additional fees. However, some bridge crossings into Washington state may require toll payments, so check current rates if planning interstate travel.
Multiple gas stations line Airport Way and nearby arterial roads, providing convenient fuel options for your rental car before departing the airport area. Major service stations along I-205 and I-84 offer diesel and gasoline with facilities designed for larger vehicles. Electric vehicle charging stations are expanding throughout Portland, with several locations near the airport for renters choosing electric or hybrid car rental options.
