Great car great host

These guys are always great to deal with and the truck is such a great rental. They will definitely be my number one choice every time.

Fantastic experience! This truck was not only gorgeous, clean, but also the perfect fit for what I needed. Communication was excellent, and the guys were great to deal with! Definitely going to be renting from them again!

communication, choice of vehicles, all great. will try to use again perhaps. unfortunately a previous renter had smoked in the brand new vehicle and it smelled of smoke. which is not the owners fault, but i was disappointed that this was not brought up prior to my arrival and other choices offered. i specifically choose the vehicle as it was new and had room for clients i was entertaining this week. after calling this issue out on arrival i was told i could cancel “no hard feelings” but no options offered until i prompted. i was also told they were aware of the issue, which is why i called out above. after and only after my asking, other vehicles were offered but i was told they could not bring to me to swap out. ended up using uber most of my trip instead as i was embarrassed of the smoke smell and myself sensitive to smoke. all first world problems and i get it it happens. but better service is expected vs a i’m really sorry and no reasonable options offered. respectfully i still paid a premium for a mediocre experience.
