Overall, dealing with pre-existing defects, handling repair logistics during my vacation, and facing an unfair damage claim created a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend renting from this host.

This guest abused my car. Took it from California to New York and from there to texas and back over 15000 miles. He brought the car back with damage and claimed it was structural issue by tesla and is not going to pay for it because he didnt cause it even though it was in perfect condition when he got it. After all the great service and providing a almost new car he brought it back with 40 k miles and doesnt want to pay for the damages.
Very great experience- i love this cybertruck beast and because of this experience i think i want to buy one for myself! The host is very responsive and flexible i appreciate it! 5 stars across the board.!!
