Truck is immaculate and host is awesome !!!

This host lied and said I caused damage to the vehicle and I did not and proved that the damage caused was in all the before pictures taken by the co host prior to me getting the car . They then said they wanted to change my rating to 1 star because I went over on mileage even though I paid for all mileage with no issues . They agreed they made the mistakes and thought the dirt on the truck was new damages . When confronted on why they even had an issue they were very unprofessional and said I was abusing their truck because of the mileage . I have rented from them over 4 times and never had any issues whatsoever and now they want to give me 1 star . Beware of this kind of business .

If we could change it to a one-star we would. She is very difficult to deal with, as you can tell in her post. She has rented from us before and each time there was an issue. She is very entitled. Yes we made a mistake with the invoice. That's why we canceled it but she returned the vehicle dirty so we couldn't tell if it was new damage or not.
Used the truck to pull a heavy boat, and it did a great job. Clean, well maintained and runs well. Host communicated clearly and efficiently. Recommended.
