Awesome truck, immaculately clean and exactly as described. Ezra went above and beyond to accommodate my unpredictable work schedule and pick up/drop off was a breeze. Will definitely rent again next time I’m in the valley!

Ezra was an exceptional host; however, we did experience a few issues with the vehicle during our trip. One of the rear tires was completely bald, which resulted in a flat tire and caused us to lose nearly a full day as roadside assistance was unable to remove the tire, so we also had to take the vehicle to a repair shop to resolve the issue.
Additionally, there appeared to be water trapped inside the driver's-side rear door, which created a noticeable sloshing sound while driving. While this did not affect the vehicle's performance, it was a persistent annoyance throughout the trip.
That said, Ezra was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. While these issues were certainly inconvenient, unexpected problems can arise, and we appreciated his prompt communication and support. Overall, we would rent from Ezra again.
