The truck was not cleaned upon pick up. The truck smelled really bad and it is scratched up and missing pieces.

What a lovely truck has was great just the whole trip was awesome no problems with the truck wee filled the tank up an the way would recommend people to rent the truck

Good overall had some difficulty with the parking area and not being able to meet all requests.

To keep the process consistent for all guests, we currently offer only two designated pickup and drop-off locations: our home location and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again!

The car quality was terrible. Stains on the seats, the entire back seat was visibly/physically wet, and the interior was not clean. There was damage to the front fender, back hatch, and side panels. When I brought these concerns to the team, I was told by Jomar that I picked the vehicle up late (flight delay)and there was nothing that could be done about it. I have been in the parking lot trying to fix it for 2 hours. Had to call Turo to have them create another reservation for another vehicle. Will not rent from this company nor would I recommend them to any other travelers.
