I had to add some motor oil but it was an awesome truck

Communication was the challenge. Truck stopped working and completely ran out of oil. I had a hard time getting ahold of the host and knowing which host was helping since there were multiple cohosts. After an hour+ they answered. I paid to get more oil for their truck and was not reimbursed by the host after agreeing on the reimbursement. I had to get TURO customer support involved after a week to get my money. Probably a 2.5 star experience. I understand stuff happens with cars and they need repairs, but the communication was lacking
