First, communication was good. Truck was super easy to find and pick up and I had requested an easier location for me to be able to find it when I arrived at O'Hare later at night, alone, so that I wouldn't have to take the shuttle and/or be looking around for it in a far off lot. He accommodated which I really appreciated! The only thing was that we had to get gas more than I have with other rented trucks but we did take it quite a few places on the highway, etc. Drop off was super simple and quick, we just basically left it near where I'd picked it up and I let him know to lock it. Simple and drama free! Took a star due to how much gas it took but other than that, 4/5!
