Everything from the quality and ease of the pick up and drip off to the beautiful truck was A1!!! We really enjoyed our host!! He was very clean and patient with us.. especially since this was our first Turo Rental!! And he made sure we had easy instructions and very professional and courteous!! We will be using him specifically as our host nxt time of we can.. he's great!! And the truck was awesome!! 5stars for sure!!

Truck was fine but Rueban was a joke. After I dropped the car off something must’ve happened to it and he tried to pin blame on me even though the pictures I submitted clearly show that it couldn’t have been me. On top of that in the invoice he tried adding extra fixes that he didn’t even mention in the fake accident report. Total scammer.

The truck was given to you in great condition — as you said, it was fine. The damage in question was not there before your trip. The photos submitted conveniently avoided that specific area, which is why this became an issue.
We don’t add random charges or try to make anyone look bad. The vehicle was returned with damage, and we followed the proper process through the platform.
