This was my first Turo experience and John was great to work with. I originally reserved his BMW X5, but he reached out the night before my trip to let me know it had been in an accident and wasn’t available. He offered me a Sierra he had just gotten, along with an additional discount, and made it clear I could get a full refund if I didn’t want to switch. Not an ideal situation, but John did everything he could to make it right and made me feel confident I wasn’t going to be left hanging.
As for the Sierra, awesome truck! Loved the turbo diesel and especially the fuel economy. The truck was clean, communication was great, and pickup and drop-off were super easy. Would absolutely rent from John again!
