I had a great experience with my first Turo rental! Hesitant for years to try Turo, but GB made me a believer. First, the cons: the car was not newer (but I wasn’t looking for a shiny truck, I was looking for something that could help with a move). And second, we had some minor issues at the beginning of the rental, including some of our own making. However, and this is huge: GB was responsive, friendly and flexible, turning the rental into a great experience! The truck was able to take a full load for a 1 bedroom, with spare room for 1-2 more bedrooms! Oh, and we saved a lot of money compared to going with a standard rental company. I’m thankful my first experience renting a Turo was with GB. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again!
