This was my first time using Turo so I was quite unsure how it all worked, esp. picking it up from the airport. Aymal communicated very well on the pickup procedures, etc. and the process was simple. The truck was clean and ready to go just as advertised. He messaged me when it was time to drop it off and he made that task simple as well.
