Rivian and host were amazing. First time ever meeting the owner. She did a wonderful job walking me through the different steps of driving an electric truck; VIPService 🙂 and mind you she’s like 8mths along!
The truck is awesome. The charging at EZGo was a nightmare not related to the rental at all. Their system sucks. If you’re considering renting a Rivian I recommend setting up your account early. I couldn’t get the Tesla charger to work. I suspect it’s because I didn’t have an account.
Otherwise highly recommended!
