Rented the car to take my nephew to homecoming. Communication with the host was great and the pick up/drop off was a smooth process. If I’m being honest my only issue with the experience was that the car exterior was not clean at pickup. The interior was clean, however the exterior was noticeably dirty. With it being for a special occasion I did have to wipe the car down by hand and clean the tires. Besides that, the experience was positive and my nephew enjoyed the car so that’s all that matters.

The Cybertruck was delivered impeccably clean, as the photos prove. You requested tire shine for your event, and I agreed. We avoid it because it can splatter and stain the Cybertruck’s exterior. Calling the vehicle dirty because the tires weren’t shiny is unfair. As a fellow host, you know the importance of reviews. Giving 4 stars over a cosmetic preference is disappointing and misleading.
We rented the cyber truck for a trip to see family in Florida and it was the most absolute best experience we have ever had with a car rental. The process was easy from reserving the truck to pick up and return. The host was very friendly, knowledgeable about the truck and his communication throughout the rental was amazing. Would highly recommend to do business with we will certainly be using again. Oh and the pricing is very competitive and reasonable.
