Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. According to our trip records, the pickup occurred approximately 90 minutes later than originally scheduled without an arrival update, which made coordinating the handoff difficult. Going forward, I will continue encouraging guests to send a quick message when they are 10–15 minutes away so we can ensure a smooth pickup experience.
