Simply the best host I've ever worked with on Turo. The guy is stunning. He will work with you. He's super flexible. I almost missed my flight, and he really helped me be flexible in the car delivery. Kudos to him, and thanks to Turo for having such great people on board here.

Pickup inconvenient at night
Drop off takes awhile due to shuttle
Host said we could extend till 5pm but then the app wouldn’t allow it due to his settings wanted us to deal with Turo on it but Turo said he had to adjust it just unhelpful in general.
We use Turo all the time and I always give 5 stars this just was a disappointing experience.

Thanks for your response. I am happy to park the car in a different location as I have done in the past. The green lot has proven to be convenient for a lot of guest as the driver drops guests off right at the car so you don't have to walk around in a dark garage. The problem in this case seemed to be related to your desire to bring the car back at 5pm when I had another trip that started at 630pm. As i communicated, I need time between trips to clean so I would not change the settings.
Shayler was great. Good communication, car was as described, clean. And he was flexible on timing of return, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.
