I will say its good but communication should be better.

Not clear in the description of some of the added cost..Such as parking garage fees and Tolls..I would rather pay more than to have random fees.

Overall the car was great. Communication with the host was also good. The one down side is that the tires on the car were very worn down so I didn't feel safe driving on the highway on wet roads. I notified the host and sent pictures so hopefully they will replace the tires soon.
The car drives well, inside is comfortable, carplay works. Would rent again.
