Great host car was parked at South Park place due to Turo policy, which was perfectly fine with me. I rent from Turo all the time and unfortunately that’s their policy, and Turo has no control of. Will definitely rent again from this host.

Had to do a vehicle swap request but ended up being an upgrade to a brand new car. Pickup instructions were super clear. I appreciated that you could use a video or written instructions to access the car. The parking lot is offsite but the shuttles run every ten minutes or so; we had plenty of time between drop off and catching our flight when we returned.
