Ivan was friendly and in time when picking up the car and was very accommodating when we decided that we wanted to pick the car up a little early. This was perfect for our family trip. It was clean and very spacious. This car has a very smooth ride and we really liked that it had multiple charging spots for everyone's phones. It was great on has mileage. Thank you Ivan.
