The car was perfect for our trip. it was really nice and for convenient pick up. It’s great to have a Local. renting their car versus a big business.. Stuart response time was very fast and nice to deal with thank you. We look forward to running from Stuart again.

Stu was quick to respond and helpful when I had issues with Avis after arriving at the airport in Glacier. I had no car, and he was there within an hour with this vehicle. His car was more than capable while spending time at glacier national park. He was quick to respond and helpful with getting through the turo process since this was my first time using it.

Tiguan was great. On our first full day with the car we unfortunately had an accident with the Tiguan that left it undriveable. Stuart was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the situation. Turo customer support assisted in getting the car towed to a place nearby and Stuart was so so so so SOOO gracious in allowing us to use another one of his cars for the next 5 days of our trip. He definitely did not need to do this but he truly cared about us having a great experience and vacation. The panic we felt after the accident was immediately quelled when we figured out Stuart would let us use a different car so that it wouldn’t ruin the rest of our trip!
The bear spray, bug spray, sunscreen, coolers, and parks pass in both the cars were such a great additions! Would definitely rent from Stuart again next time we make it out to Glacier!!
