Car was not ready for pick up, arrived 20 mins late, and was not cleaned. Had to contact hose just to get the code to the lock box to leave the keys. The car needs an oil change
Turo gave host 3 hour window, from previous rental which was dropped off at the airport. There just wasn’t enough time between rentals to pick up the car, clean it thoroughly , and get an oil change. I thank you for considering our rental, and hopefully next time Turo can give me more time between rentals to thoroughly maintain the vehicle. 💐

Love this vehicle! Went on a trip for my birthday had an accident with the temp tag flying away, Joanna was very understanding got a new and shipped it to me I would absolutely rent again

No smoking allowed
