Great car. Only had trouble with Apple car play. Other than that it was perfect

However, we feel the rating is not entirely fair, as the system always connects quickly and easily. If you had any questions during the trip, you could have reached out to me — but we did not receive any messages from you while the trip was ongoing. The car was perfect, but we had issues with the lockbox upon arrival and couldn’t reach the host to get assistance with no call back.
I would like to clarify that all detailed instructions for accessing the vehicle were sent in advance before the trip . The car was also picked up later than the scheduled time, and you contacted me late at night (around 1 AM). Nevertheless, I always do my best to be available and assist whenever possible. Not a fair assessment.
Additionally, I noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the car, although smoking is strictly prohibited under Turo rules.
