Drop off to me was quick and early. Communication with host was great. Very responsive. Only con with the car would be that the CarPlay is wired, and the connection is USB (not USBC) - so be prepared with an adapter (thank you Amazon) or an old wire.
Overall, the car drove great, was great on gas and has COLD a/c. Host is very responsive
