This host over charged me. Said no gas charged me a gas fee. I have pictures. I got lost stayed in touch with host. I did lock the keys in the car because I couldn’t get the lock box to lock. I was charged $500 for 1 day.

For context, you returned the vehicle hours late, did not refuel and locked the keys inside the vehicle when we were always on standby to assist you with any troubles. All the fees you were charged came from Turo and are valid as a result of your negligence. We are saddened that you misrepresented information in your review simply because you were upset about Turo’s terms of service policies.
