Appreciate the last minute booking but the odor in the car was tough to come by and pickup instructions could’ve been clearer. There are few Teslas in the area so that’s a plus.

Car was great, Full-Self Driving and location were great. Perfect for my use. However, twice I had to wait hours for a response from host regarding a payment issue between Tesla and host. With an EV, range anxiety is a real thing, not being able to charge mid-trip due to an issue was a real concern. Issue was eventually resolved (longest was 5 hours later). Host apologized which I appreciated, but going through it at that moment, it was frustrating to say the least.
