Couldn’t find the car for hours and it took for me to call Turo to get in contact. Host wasn’t not responding

I was right there with the guest, so it’s important to be accurate and not misrepresent what happened. The car was approximately one hour late because the previous guest was caught in traffic. To compensate for the delayed pickup, I extended the current guest’s drop-off time by more than 7 hours at no additional cost. I believe that was a fair and reasonable accommodation.
