The renter repeatedly kept the vehicle beyond the time of the rental and did not follow the Turo procedure to extend the trip. I informed the guest multiple times of the process to correctly extend the rental and he did not comply.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent cars and excellent customer service. The guest has to comply with Turo policy to ensure everyone is properly covered and he REPEATEDLY did not do that.
The vehicle was returned in good condition.
