Car and pickup location, were excellent. Very happy with the ride. Anthony was present with any problems or questions we had, such as how to work lock box, I know, how basic is that. Truly appreciated his quick responses as hey, it's vacation, who wants to wait around

Owner was more than helpful with this rental.I asked to change pickup at the airport for my family and I since we landed and left very early and he was nice enough to do so.Good car on gas also had enough space for my little family’s bags and stroller too.

The car was not clean when it was picked up. Also there is a speed tracker on the car. Owner is monitoring the car and sending messages about speed.
The car is always washed and vacuumed before every trip, but I’m sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations this time.
As for the tracker, it’s only used for safety and insurance purposes. I don’t monitor normal driving — I only get alerts for excessive speeding (80+ mph), which can impact safety and insurance coverage.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
