We where expecting a car that was smoke free! The car was smoked in and was extremely strong smelling. We had to drive with with windows down a majority of our trip (6) days because it was so bad. Owner, just apologized for inconvenience and stated he does his best to clean car and remove smell. I'm pretty sure the car was smoked in right before it was dropped off at airport. We bought an air freshener to put in the car. The air freshener that was in the car on pickup was old and did nothing. The car drove nice and is new, but smelled horrible! Pickup instructions are not clear, I've experienced a lot better with Turo.

Thank you for your feedback. Our vehicles are used only for rentals, so any odor can unfortunately be caused by a previous guest. We thoroughly clean each vehicle before every trip, and we did not notice a smoke odor at the time of pickup. However, we sincerely apologize that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. We will take this feedback seriously and be even more careful with odor checks and cleaning going forward.

Honestly, I had a great experience renting from them. Everything was easy and smooth from beginning to end, and I didn’t have any problems or issues at all. They were very helpful, professional, and made sure everything was good. The car was clean and nice, and the whole process was hassle-free. I really appreciate the way they treated me and made everything so simple. I’ll definitely be renting from them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable rental company! Definitely one of the best I’ve dealt with. 🙌🏽
