The vehicle worked well. It did its job, my only issue was how dirty it was when delivered but nothing I couldn’t fix with a trash bin. But still not the best first impression.

I normally don’t respond to reviews like this, but this one really bothered me because of the condition you returned the car in. There was food, including a piece of sausage, left on the seats, trash in the door pockets, and the child car seat was covered in what appeared to be vomit and ice cream. There were crumbs, food residue, and dirt throughout the car.
It took me more than an hour to clean the car after your trip. So I was honestly shocked to see you claim that the car wasn’t clean when
This car is not located at MV airport as advertised (MV airport has not allowed this since 2023). You will need to uber or taxi to a park and ride 15 minutes away and do the same upon return. The car was very dirty and had several scratches and the rear trim was falling off (all documented). There were several times it wouldn’t start and then would after it sat for a while so I believe there may be an electrical problem. When we complained to the host he accused me of lying. This was my first experience with Turo and I wouldn’t recommend.

The pick up and drop off instructions for the airport were super simple. The host checked in to see if we needed anything. The car was great. No problems at all! Would definitely use this car/this host again.
