This was our first time using Turo and everything was awesome! Ivan was very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. We were traveling with our 8 month old and he took photos of the car seat before our trip to make sure it would be the correct one we would need for our baby. The whole process was so easy and much better than waiting in line at the rental car counter. We will definitely use Turo again and for sure use Ivan when we come back to Boston.
